The sample unit brief was deceptively simple: create a home that would make the building's highest-tier residences feel inevitable for prospective buyers.
We developed a material palette anchored in bleached oak, honed limestone, and aged brass — warm enough to read as lived-in, refined enough to command its price point. Every surface was specified to photograph beautifully under both natural and artificial light.
