Architects and interior designers work together from day one. Structural decisions and aesthetic vision develop simultaneously — eliminating the misaligned drawings, conflicting specifications, and duplicated change orders that arise when two firms work sequentially on the same project.

Our in-house fabrication capability means we can design and build custom millwork, cabinetry, and bespoke furniture pieces that no catalogue can replicate. When a detail matters enough to get it exactly right, we build it ourselves — to the millimetre, to the finish, to the brief.

Every engagement begins with a complimentary discovery consultation. We produce a written, scoped proposal with a fixed-fee structure — no percentage-of-construction fees, no vague estimates. You know exactly what the engagement covers and what it costs before you commit to it. Proposals are delivered within five business days of your initial consultation.
